More Than a Newspaper

The Great North Ledger is not a traditional newspaper. We are a monthly community publication dedicated to preserving and celebrating the people, businesses, history, traditions, and natural beauty of Northwestern Wisconsin.

Rather than focusing on breaking news, we tell the stories that remain meaningful long after the month has passed.

Our Growth Plan

The Great North Ledger is launching as a pilot publication.

To ensure long-term sustainability, we are growing in phases.

As readership and advertiser support continue to grow, we plan to expand household mailing into additional communities across Northwestern Wisconsin while continuing to offer free pickup locations.

Publication Schedule

The Great North Ledger is published on the second Saturday of each month. We encourage advertisers to reserve their space and submit artwork by the last day of the preceding month. This schedule allows sufficient time for ad design, proofing, printing, and delivery to our readers throughout Northwestern Wisconsin.
